Bartosz Armusiewicz

Born on March 3rd, 1980 in Warsaw, Poland. Master of Fine Arts, graphic artist. Graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 2010. My professional experience includes both artistic and organizational work in environments related to art, media, and film production. At the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw, I was involved in painting scenic elements, including large-scale backdrops for numerous ballet and opera performances. At Breakthru Films studio, I worked on the Oscar-nominated animated feature film “Loving Vincent” as a design painter, animator, and storyboard artist. I also took part in the post-production of the painted animation “The Peasants”, and later served as head of the digital painting team for “Winterreise”, directed by Alex Helfrecht. As a freelancer, I specialize in digital painting, illustration, and animation. I also create murals, and in my personal artistic practice, I produce original prints using traditional relief printing techniques such as linocut and woodcut.
